Standard models utilize high-grade ferrite magnet configurations engineered for maximum separation efficiency, while Super models leverage high-intensity rare-earth magnets (providing 10× magnetic strength) optimized for fine decarburized layer removal in hardened alloy and quenched steel operations. Operating efficiency depends directly on fluid viscosity; straight oil applications typically operate at 25%–50% of rated aqueous coolant flow rates, making application engineering and fluid compatibility reviews essential during preliminary sizing. Engineered for surface, centerless, ID/OD, honing, thread, gear grinding, and polishing equipment, this series delivers a zero-consumable pre-filtration stage for comprehensive metalworking operations.
