Scrape Separator

1. Scrape Separator equipped with scrapers to clean depositing contaniments on the bottom of tank.
2. To combine with Hydrocyclone as a primary filtration process.
3. Able to filter both grinding and cutting coolant.
Specification :

1. There is an oil level sensor in electric cabinet with function to alarm and light up warning lamp at low oil level.
2. A torque limiter is provided to slip in the event of overload or blockage so as to protect motor and feed chain.

Other 1 :

1. Available for mounting timer to control scraper running with intervals so as to reduce water volume of iron chips.
2. Recommended for fix a megnetic plate on tank bottom to speed precipitation of chips.
3. Able to be equipped with chiller to control temparature of coolant.
4. Available for mounting magnetic separator for rough chip filtration.
